Variations realizes that others may not share our policies, however, every establishment is unique in it's operation and in respecting both your time and mine. I know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to be your best-kept secret in the Metropolitan D.C. area.

Time: Arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your first treatment is requested, allowing ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Vital steps from your treatment may be omited and your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Policy: Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation or you may opt for an Express Facial Treatment instead at the same price of a full length treatment.

No Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your appointment, will be charged the full amount of the intended service to your credit card account or to your next service.

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled appointment will receive a full credit for pre-paid services and may reshedule at anytime. We do not provide refunds for cancelled appointments. If you did not pre-pay for your appointment, cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged 1/2 of the scheduled service fee. Gift certificate sales are final with no refunds and all retail sales are refundable within 7days of purchase. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can use as a credit towards retail items of the same price. No exceptions!

Online Forms: Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure or allergies. Please advise us of other physical challenges you may have or if you are pregnant or receiving or have completed chemotherapy treatments. All guests will be asked to complete and sign a Consultation Intake & Wellness Form designed with your protection and well-being in mind prior to your treatment. This form can be downloaded from the Home page.

Completed Forms: Bring all completed and signed forms with you or send it in prior to your reservation. (Fax: 301-593-5261). This saves time that is dedicated to your treatment. Services will not be performed without the completed forms.

Adolescents: Guest must be 16 years of age or older. Any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must fill out a Child Consent Form. This and other forms can be downloaded from the Home page.

Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering and place them next to the basket. We want to leave the “world” outside and bare feet helps you feel grounded and more comfortable. 

Cell Phones: Remember to turn off your cell phone or put it on vibrate because you don’t want anything to disrupt your peaceful skincare treatment. This is your time to escape and relax.

Serivce Rights: Variations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Treatment Series:  All Clinical Treatments sold in a “Series” must be paid in full before treatment.

Gratuity: Gratuities are most welcomed and appreciated. Unfortunately, credit cards are not taken for gratuities, but can be in cash or added to your personal check.

Gift Certificates: Cerificates are available for services only, and not redeemable if lost or stolen.
