Variations endeavors to give you the very best in order to enhance your skincare experience. Variations adheres to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest, and myself, your valued therapist. Variations realizes that others may not share our policies, however, every establishment is unique in it's operation. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to be your best-kept secret in the Metropolitan D.C. area.

GUESTS:

First Time Guests: A 60% deposit is required for your service for all first time guest with the balance paid at the end of your service.  

Contraindications: Please notify us before booking your treatments if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, pregnant or currently undergoing chemo or radiation therapy.  

Adolescents: Guest must be 16 years of age or older. Any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must fill out a Child Consent Form. This and other forms can be downloaded from the Home page.

Service Rights: Variations Corrective Skincare LLC™ and Soft Touch Oncology Skincare™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

POLICIES:

Late Policy: Please be prompt to allow ample time to prepare for and to avoid the shortening of your treatment and so that other guests are not delayed for their service. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are canceled with a 100% credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled reservation or you may opt for an Express Facial Treatment at the same price.

No Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your appointment, there is no refund for your 60% deposit and the balance or full amount of your intended service will be charged to your account at your next appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be within 24 hours of your service or you will be charged the full amount of the service and first time guest will forfeit the 60% deposit. Your deposit may be used towards your next scheduled reservation. 

PRODUCTS & PURCHASES:

Product Purchase: All skincare and supplement products are ordered directly from the manufactures to ensure freshness and effectiveness. All product purchases must be paid for in advance. 

Refunds:  Retail sales are final however, you may exchange products within 7 days of purchase with your receipt.

Online Forms: Bring all completed and signed forms with you to your service. Services will not be performed without the completed forms. No Exceptions!

HOUSEKEEPING:

Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering and place them next to the basket. We want to leave the “world” outside and bare feet helps you feel grounded and more comfortable. 

Cell Phones: Remember to turn off your cell phone or put it on vibrate because you don’t want anything to disrupt your peaceful skincare treatment. This is your time to escape and relax.

BEAUTY INVESTMENTS & GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Treatment Series:  All Treatments sold in a “Series” must be paid in full prior to treatment.

Investments: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gratuity: Gratuities are most welcomed and appreciated.

Gift Certificates: Certificates are available for skincare services only, and not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift certificate sales are final.
