Variations endeavors to give you the very best in order to enhance your skincare experience. Variations adheres to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest, and myself, your valued therapist. Variations realizes that others may not share our policies, however, every establishment is unique in it's operation. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to be your best-kept secret in the Metropolitan D.C. area.

First Time Guests: A 50% deposit is required for your service for all first time guest with the balance paid at the end of your service.  

Contraindications: Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, pregnant or currently undergoing chemo or radiation therapy.  

Late Policy: Please arrive on time to allow ample time to prepare for and avoid shortening of your treatment and so that other guests are not delayed for their service. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are canceled with a 100% credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation or you may opt for an Express Facial Treatment at the same price of a full length treatment.

No Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your appointment, there is no refund for your deposit for first time guest. Others will be charged the full amount of the missed service on your next visit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be within 24 hours of your service or fist time guest will forfeit their 50% deposit. 

Refunds:  Retail sales are refundable within 7days of purchase with the exception of consumable (supplements) or skincare products.

Online Forms: Bring all completed and signed forms with you to your service. Services will not be performed without the completed forms. No Exceptions!
 
Adolescents: Guest must be 16 years of age or older. Any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must fill out a Child Consent Form. This and other forms can be downloaded from the Home page.

Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering and place them next to the basket. We want to leave the “world” outside and bare feet helps you feel grounded and more comfortable. 

Cell Phones: Remember to turn off your cell phone or put it on vibrate because you don’t want anything to disrupt your peaceful skincare treatment. This is your time to escape and relax.

Service Rights: Variations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Treatment Series:  All Clinical Treatments sold in a “Series” must be paid in full before treatment.

Investments: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gratuity: Gratuities are most welcomed and appreciated.

Gift Certificates: Certificates are available for skincare services only, and not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift certificate sales are final.
