I must say that this is unlike any other attempt at weight loss that I have tried. I enjoy my new healthy way of eating. I don’t miss all the bread and rice that I used to enjoy. For me, trying Transitions was not about losing a significant amount of weight, but more about eating healthier meals, and cutting out the unhealthy products that I used to crave. I love how I feel. I am not as tired and sluggish as I used to be; and I’m a lot happier at work (AMEN!)
I still have a long way to go, because this program is not just about changing your eating habits, but also about total lifestyle change, which includes exercise. The first 6 weeks was great for me, as far as weight loss. I lost a total of 5 1bs, 1.5 inches from my waist, about 1 inch from my bust and 1.5 inches from my stomach. Now, I am continuing the good eating, but also working more on physical exercise. I hope to see a bigger change in the next 4-5 weeks; and am looking forward to the results.
