Sylvia, how you feel
since completing the Transitions Program? I feel much
lighter, much more energized, eating habits have changed for the
better.
What new dietary
changes you made? I continued following the Transitions
Booklet after the 6 week class, I look for ways to calm my cravings
and what other solutions I can take to avoid junk
food.
Tell us about your
new feelings about exercise or new changes you made to your
exercise regimine? Since I started Transitions I started
working 6 days a week and feel great! I have seen the difference in
my clothes, specially the ones that did not fit before the program,
I have been able to fit most of them back and I look great, feel
great with much more confidence.
How are your clothes
fitting? I was a size 12-14 and now since I lost inches
off my legs and waist, and with my regular exercise regiment, I am
able to wear some of my size 10 clothes (pants, skirts Capri-pants,
most of my summer clothes)
How you feel about
the program overall? I feel that it gave me confidence to
better myself, I look at the before pictures which I have on my
dresser and I look at the mirror now and I love what I see. I think
everyone should try this program, everyone is so helpful at
Transitions, and you don’t feel that you are doing it alone;
everyone is there to help you through it and guide you all the way.
I loved our meetings because you learned something new from
watching the videos and the group exercise was
excellent.
Would you do it
again and would you recommend it to a friend? Absolutely I
would recommend to all my friends! I am trying to get a couple of
people I met at the gym to get involved and try the program. I feel
that I was very much cared for during my time in the program, they
guided me through, sent weekly e-mails, they were constantly in
touch with us and they were always available when we had questions.
I am very happy that I started Transitions because it changed my
way of life and it gave me a boast of much needed
confidence.
